Some people even use their audio to welcome their readers. It’s a great idea to provide a better user experience.
You can use it on the landing page of your website. But sometimes, people try to add an audio music player in WordPress sidebar.
Have you ever tried it? From the past few years, people are more focused on the visual content.
But you know that your voice can mesmerize your readers. The best part is that you won’t need to use much space of your web hosting bandwidth.
A video may be of 70 MBs whereas an audio file would be less than 10 MBs.
What Is The Best Method To Embed The Music Player?
If you’re a beginner then the best thing is to use a simple plugin.
In this tutorial, you will learn the use of a WordPress plugin which is specially used for adding the music player widget.
Follow the steps.
Step 1:- Install and activate Simple Music Widget plugin.
Step 2:- After activation, go to Appearance>>widgets and you will see a new widget with the same name as of the plugin.
Just add that widget wherever you want. Whether you want to add the music player in the sidebar or the footer area, the choice is yours.
The sidebar is always the first priority.
Step 3:- You will see an option to upload the media file. You can upload a new file from your computer and if you have already uploaded then choose it from the WordPress media library.
It’s always recommended to choose an image. Along with the audio, an image should appear.
Fill the title of the video.
Here, I am going to show you a song by Usher. I have added his picture. The name of the audio will also appear in the music player.
After filling all the details, save it and check your website.
There will be an elegant audio music player in the sidebar. Your readers can access it easily.
If you want to add anything extra like the description then you can.
